i dropped my phone in water and it wont stop restaring

[AC Question]

I own a Samsung galaxy A3, I dropped it in water and it keep restarting.
I've taken the SIM card out and nothing seems to be happening.
I cant take the battery out of the phone as the back doesn't come off.

please help me as soon as possible.
