Why am I not getting system update?

So I am using this phone Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime SM-G30H for about a year, BUT I am still on KitKat android (4.4.4), some people i know already have 5.0.1 android or higher... I don't know why is my device still on old one considering that all other Primes got their update. I'm starting to worry about it. (I'm from Serbia if it matters). Why is it still running KitKat and will it get an update soon?

Go on sammobile, software updates, type in your model number and you will see the latest firmware for your device. If it's available, follow prompts to install..

There's no Serbian ROM for the G30h on Sammobile.
