My Moto G Reset Itself and Now I cant use it???

I looked at my phone and for some reason it was on setup wizard. I chose my language, it went to 'About your privacy'. I accepted and it went to backup assistant. The only buttons available were the back button (Which only works until you get back to the languages then disappears) and the sync button. After i click sync I cant go to homepage. PLEASE HELP! Cant take sim or battery out or anything and im afraid to try and factory reset it because theres no way to get the stuff off of it and i dont think it actually reset ittself it just popped up on setup wizard out of nowhere,

Try to use the multi tasking key to see if you can close the setup app
