Lg optimus phone 33 gig sd, will it accept? And how to do

I purchased this lg optimus phone last Dec. Its a Verizon prepay. I need to install a memory card but unsure how to do it, or if it will even work. Its a 32 gig levor mirco hc card, high speed. I don't own a computer only thus cell phone. Any advice would be very helpful. Thanks in advance.
