Galaxy tab A 8 having internet comnection problem

Since I updated the latest OS for my tablet(android 6.0.1), i have experienced issues with the internet. It has become unstable that even Messenger app shows "Waiting for network" even for short messages. It also happens with FB app and Chrome. I have tried different networks but got the same connectivity issues.

Is this a glitch on the OS? Anyone who could help?
