Lost icons/applications on android phone and message this browseris no longer supported

I have lost quite a number of icons from my Samsung Note 2 version 4.4.2 and when I try and download Google Play and other applications that I had keep getting an error of "this browser is no longer supported"?

Welcome to Android Central! Where are the icons missing from--the homescreen or the App Drawer? Did this happen after a reboot? What do you mean by "downloading Google Play"? The Google Play Store should be preinstalled on the phone, and if it wasn't, then the phone probably wasn't certified for Google Play in the first place.

When you get that error message, are you trying to download something through a browser?

as OUT dated,.Refresh +Turn off webpage and try again..Provide like
