Why can't I connect to the internet using my data?

Help!! I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and it seems that I can't connect to the internet using my data even though It showed 4G, I've tried restarting the phone, changing the apn heck I've even factory reset the phone twice!! But it still won't work.

Change it to the one your carrier uses - it's carrier-dependent.
