Question Asus Zenfone 9 Will not Send or Receive SMS/MMS pictures

I am at a complete loss, to the point I wiped my phone and did a full factory reset and it still doesn't work.

If I send a picture via sms/mms, it doesn't work.

If someone sends me a picture, it doesn't work.

I've checked the following:

Permissions
APN settings
App settings
Wifi/cell data

This all began when google force updated the Google Messages app, I had updates turned off but the app updated anyways.

Now I can't get it to work. Help please!

Welcome to Android Central! When you say you checked the APN settings, did you cross-reference them with the correct settings for your carrier? Pay close attention to the MMS entries in the APN settings.

Also, do you have RCS chat features turned on?

You know, I went and double checked the APN settings again. I don't know what changed or when, but they did not match my providers info now that I've reset the phone, but I swear it was right prior to resetting

It works now! Thanks for making me look again. Now just to completely set my phone back up
