how can I get what phone number called my phone

I have a samsung galaxy centura tracfone and when phone rings some of the time, I am not able to answer and then when I tried to find the phone number that called me, I CAN'T FIND. (call was from someone not in my contact list)

Your "phone" app should have a "logs" tab, which will show your in and out call history.
If the caller sent his caller ID info (real or fake) it will show in the history log.
If the caller did not send his caller ID info, the listing should say something like "unavailable".

Another suggestion would be to add the Call Detector app from PrivacyStar. This free app can be found in the Google Play app store. It identifies all call, even if it shows up unlisted on your phone's incoming call list. It even allows you to report numbers to the FCC from telemarketers, scammer, etc. that call you multiple times, and allows you to block them.
