AC Question

Bought a new s7 (T-mobile) off swappa to use with consumer cellular. Started phone, connected to my s5 and synced contacts messages ect. S7 starts crashing every 5 min. I did a factory reset. Now when I start it up it says I need to sign in with my google account. I do, it says "checking info" and then takes me back to the screen that says this device was reset, log in with previous google account. I don't even have a sim card in it yet. What can I do?

Contact the seller. He needs to give you the email account and password that's registered to the phone. Whether he will or not is up to him... he may still be using it, or maybe the phone is stolen/lost. If he doesn't do something to help you solve the problem... return the phone.

Welcome to Android Central!
What are you seeing is the FRP lock. Contact the seller for his account so you can unlock your device.
Best regards,Mikey. I hope you found what you were looking for.
