Android Tablet will not stop sending and receiving files.

Hi

I have a Samsung Galaxy tablet that I just purchased and the WiFi is stuck sending and receiving files? Below the WiFi icon in the top upper right corner of the tablet, there is an up arrow and a down arrow right under the wifi symbol that is constantly moving. I have done a reset which didn'the work. I called Samsung and they did not know why it was doing this? The tablet however works K but sometimes won't install apps or updates. If anyone knows or has dealt with this, I would be very appreciative for your help!! Thank you, Angelisa

The arrows you see are just the connection between your router and the tablet. There aren't files being transferred. It is perfectly normal behaviour
