CUBOT X6, broke my screen ... can i force USB Debug ?

[AC Question]

Hello everyone.
I have broken my screen, the USB debug was not active at the time.
I do not have any image on it, i cant even unlock it.
I need to get all the files from the phones memory, Contacts, SMS, Pictures .. a bunch of stuff.

I have tried a few software's, but they all need USB debug activated.
Is there any way I can force it to be active to use the other software's ?

For contacts, if synced with Google account then it should automatically come back once you sync it
