I cant save edited photo's on my lgg4.

I dont not have a sim card or a sd card in my lgg4 just a 32 gb lgg4
I could save edited photo's a second ago but i just factory reset my phone. Now if i screen shot a photo or take one and try to edit it and click done its dosent save. This really sucks please help. I backed up all my photos to drop box befor i did the factory reset. Idk if that means anything or not
