Hi, I bought a Samsung A9 clone phone. It does not work perfectly, so I resulted to factory reset the phone. The Phone storage was 64GB when it was handed over to me and it shows Samsung logo when you turn it on and off. After reset, the phone storage became 4GB and the logo is no longer Samsung. Anyone knows what happened and what can I do? The seller disappear.
