AC Question
Dear all,
First of all, sorry about my english, I am brazilian.
I have been trying to simply delete contacts numbers on my cellphone, Android 6.0 (Moto G 3rd Generation). But it seems impossible and it is driving me crazy.
I've tried all described below:
- Hard Reset
- Deleting the "Contacts App" Cache
- Removing the contacts from gmail account
- Unlink the contact from others apps and then trying to delete it
- Format the memory card
- Choose the option to only show contacts from gmail
But it didn't work, every time I restart the cellphone, the contacts are still there.
If I simply try to delete it, I receive the message: "You can't delete contacts from read-only accounts, but you can hide them in your contacts lists.".
I appreciate any kind of help.
Sorry again about my english.
Best regards,
Bruna
