HELLO and Welcome to Android Central Forums.....There might not be any option for making ext-SD card as the primary storage but I think you can move he apps to ext-SD .... To move an app on your device open the settings, tap on Application in the device section and click on Application Manager. In the new window, click on the app that you want to move and tap on Move to SD Card button
