Notifications for certain contacts not working

[AC Question]

My husband has a Galaxy S7 and my number and 2 other people's when we text him do not notify him no sound vibration nothing but it works with all his other contacts. He has checked every volume, made sure all blocks were off and still no luck, any help would be greatly appreciated.
