Having trouble uninstaling cm locker

I am having trouble accessing some of my apps and i feel it has something to do with cm locker. I am getting an error message that states screen overlay, i have no clue what that is and so far neither the tech's at tmobile have a clue.

Welcome to the forums. Go to settings - security - device administrators, make sure that CM Locker is unchecked on that list and then try to uninstall it again. Tell us how it goes for further assistance.
