Will AT&T (SGA7) users ever be able to send MMS videos like the rest of the world does?

I recently switched from apple to android after 6 years, was starting to adjust. Then I tried to send and receive a video This should be explained before someone spends $900. On a phone, that now even, with all of it's cool features is now SUB PAR at best.
Sending pics and videos should be convenient. Not having to get everyone in my contacts email or send everyone on the planet a drop box link to do what the other 99% are doing. I would not have got this phone had i known. Bottom line.. HOw does T-mobile offer a fix and no one else?

Hi, we need to know more info into your problem - when you send a MMS, do you get an error message, does it not allow it? what happens when you receive a MMS?
