How to turn off Screen Overlay from Settings for my Samsung S7 Edge?

Everything was fine until I tried to uninstall/disable my Samsung Gear S2 watch in order to update with my new Samsung account. But now I get a Screen Overlay Detected message saying "To change this permission setting, you first have to turn off the screen overlay from Settings>Apps. When I click on Settings, it doesn't give me Gear app option
