Expanding Int. Storage with 128 GB SD card, but internal storage only increased with 11,71 GB. Why?

I've got an Android tablet with many apps, and I wanted to expand the storage, so I followed this guide (forum.xda-developers.com/z5-compact/general/tuto-enable-adoptable-storage-mm-t3334153), and when I was to choose how much of the SD card to use as internal storage, I went for the command "mixed 90", and I assumed that it would expand my internal storage with about a hundred gigabytes. But this is how it looked after I've done the steps described in the guide. So ... should one use the command "mixed 10" to get 90 % of the card as internal storage?
