How do I fix the com.android.phone error on my Sharp Aquos Crystal?

Unlike everyone else's situation, my phone started giving me this error after I did a factory reset since I'm selling the phone. Can't seem to get past the Wifi connect screen during setup; next screen is black. I tried rebooting in Safe Mode and still get the error, but it did take me to the home screen. Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this issue?
