Lg g3 Won't Start

[AC Question]

My phone did the endless reboot cycle and still continues to do it. I did the usual get a new battery and it still does it and I factory reset it. It worked for a little bit with a mildly used battery but sometimes it'll say the phone got too hot so it had to reboot when it wasn't hot at all and it also said LG Server has stopped and the phone turned off. Any solutions would be grateful.
