AC Question

I can't find a way to install apps in the SD card or move existing apps. I'm sure I'm just missing something.

My apps Manager does not look like your info. Mine does not have the SD card listed. And if I click on an app, there is no option to move to SD card. Is that a factor of the operating system??

This would depend on the min/max storage of your MicroSD card.. if you're over the limit, the device may not recognized the card.. and if the card is correct, Have you formated it while it was mounted to the devices?.. There is a series of protocols one must follow in order to correctly install these accessors.

.. and if you read my last common on my tutorial, it clearly says that some apps may not be given the right to relocate to the SD card.. we're dealing with several factors here.. and when all else fails, it's prob a good time to search the official Samsung support page for all the information one needs:

Galaxy Tab S - How do I move applications on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S to a microSD™ card?

The tablet is new and the SD card is almost empty. The card is working fine for all storage, such as photos and music, so it must be working fine. My Applications Manager does not look like the one you show. It does not show any listing for "Downloaded" or "SD Card", for instance. The only heading is "All apps". So, I can't find anywhere to have an option for moving apps. I checked almost all apps that I have installed.

Got it!! I went to Samsung's support page, as suggested, and searched their website and found the information for my operating system. It is much different than all the info shown previously. It takes a much different path to find where to move the apps, but I did find it. Thanks for all the help!
