AC Question
I set a 4-digit PIN password on my Samsung Galaxy Note Pro which I forgot. I don't want to do a factory reset as it has many important files.
I went on Android Device Manager and located my device. I pressed 'Ring' and it did. Then I pressed 'Lock' and entered a New Password, confirmed it and wrote a Recovery Message. Then I clicked 'Lock'. On my device, I got a screen which showed the message and 'Locked by Android Device Manager' with a small lock. There is nothing in which I can type the new password. PLEASE HELP!!!
My Note Pro doesn't have a SIM card in it so it cannot 'Call the Owner' even if i put a mobile number in it.
I went on findmymobile.samsung.com and made a new Samsung Account but my device is not registered on that account. Some told to put my Gmail Account but when I entered it, it doesn't accept it.
I DON'T WANT TO DO A FACTORY RESET... PLEASE HELP!!!
