why is my camara not working

My camara on my lg g3 ia not working as of yesterday. It works when i use it facing me but outwords it is a black screen and then says unfortunatly camara has stopped. I dont know what to do i tried the soft reset and it didnt work.

Try clearing system cache through recovery and let us know if that helps
