can i put my t-mobile pay as you go phone service onto my galaxy s3 phone which has no phone servoce

i have a galaxy s3 phone SCH -1535 android 4.42 with no phone service but which connects me to the internet and so I have my e-mail, in addition i am paying $3 a month for t-mobile phone service on a very basic samsung phone with no data which I use for emergencies only & I am OK with that service. but I would like to transfer the t-mobile service to my galaxy s3 phone can I do that?
