Why does my Ram and CPU overheat?

This usually happens to me after 30 Mins of use more or less, the CPU and the Ram start overheating and the phone is unusable forcing me to reset.
Phone: Huawei Y635, 6months of use
1.2 GHz 4Cores
1GB RAM
Rooted
Android 4.4.4
