Has anyone had problems with data measuring since the Marshmallow update?

I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 and, since the Marshmallow update, the data is not measuring correctly.

I have cleared the cache and the dates of service are set correctly and I have waited through my month service date end to see if it would correct itself and it did not.
