Podcast on Android S6

I downloaded the Podbean app to listen to podcasts on my Android S6. I am receiving a message "Connection failure: Streaming is authorized in WiFi only (Check your settings: Allow Cellular Streaming)"

I have checked my phone settings and I can't seem to find a resolution. I have tried to find app settings without success. Can you help?

If you use the Podbean app, pls tap the human like icon in the home page then turn on Allow Cellular Streaming in Settings.
