firmware update using odin 3.

Hi guys. Have a rooted s6 edge smg 925p sprint unlocked that works well on gsm in my country(south africa) on vodafone. Want to update by downloading the 6.01 firware from sammobile. But can really tell between the xas, bst , unknown and sprint network options. If any one could pls help me out. Since am scared a wrong firware might lock my gsm, and return back to sprint cdma???
