Can I rename an app's directory folder without it creating a new one everytime?

I would like to rename a folder that an app (Macrodroid) uses yo save pictures in. If I simply rename the folder, the app just creates a new one to use and disregards the other. I desperately and urgently need to know how I can rename the folder without this happening. (I'm using KitKat 4.2.2 on my Samsung Galaxy S3)

By the sounds of it, you can't. I can only suggest you contact the app developer for assistance
