How do I make my apps rotate in a circle / dial?

Just got my S7 Edge, so far so good, however, a colleague has the same phone and somehow he has configured his apps to scroll through in a "circle" from the edge so a bit like an old phone dial, you only see a 1/4 of the dial and just rotate through your apps, looks neat. However he can't remember how he did it and I can't find any info out about this, anyone know how to do it? Cheers, Taz.
