Stopping someone from receiving my phone call!

My girlfriend has been able to know when I make certain phone calls. In other words, when I receive certain calls she's able to know who's calling me, what time the phone call came in etc.... How can I stop that from occurring? I'm assuming that she's forwarding certain phone numbers from my cellphone to her cellphone.
