My phone is notifying when nothing is there

Every time im eiher using or not using my phone it goes off, notifying me i have a notification, but i dont. I check my phone and nothing. I dont have any apps running in the background nor power saving mode on. Does anyone know why it could be doing this??

You may have some reminder going, accessibility... Notification reminder... Turn off...
