Issue with Android Internal Storage?

[AC Question]

So ever since I got a new phone (a Galaxy On5), I haven't been able to download ANY apps. I keep getting a notification saying that my internal storage is almost full and that I have used 7.54 GB out of 8. However, when I go into my files, I don't see a single app/picture/video/document there, since I previously moved everything to my SD Card.

Can someone tell me what's wrong and how to fix it?

Go into storage app and it will give you a breakdown of what's where in your device. The system takes a large chunk and you don't have much memory there...
