You can't "log out" from Google (which is what you're asking about) on an Android phone - Google is effectively part of the phone. (You can remove a GMail account, but you'd still be connected to Google. GMail, Google and Google Credit [Rewards, etc.] are all different accounts in the phone - and most of them are just your Google account, which has to stay.)
