Samsung Device Memory Damaged, will not let me reset.

I went to go on my Samsung Tab 4 one day and I got the message "Device Memory Damaged" and the option to completely reset the device. I've pressed the reset button numerous times, it makes the little sound that I've pressed it but nothing happens. I found a forum once giving me options to fix it with a computer but I cannot find that forum. I have tried a hard reset, turning it on and off and taking out the battery, my warranty is up so any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
