My main requirement is that is can play music by folder structure rather than id3 tags. A lot of my music has been ripped from cd and has no id3 tags.
My second big requirement is that there are no gaps between tracks.

I love winamp and still use it for playing music on my pc's. I've seen there is a version of winamp for android but it is not on the play store and you must download an apk, which I am very wary of.
I dont want shuffle, or any of that stuff. The ability to compose playlists in the app might be handy though.
Any suggestions?
