When i go to turn my media vol up, why does the call vol go up instead?

I've had this a couple times with other volumes for other things, but it's extremely annoying, don't know why it happens and I don't notice when it stops, but sometimes I'll go to turn up the volume using the keys (usually media volume) but that's not the volume that goes up. Why does this happen and how the he'll do I stop it?

It usually depends on what screen /app you are in at the time you press the volume buttons. If you are in home screen, it will change the ring volume. Do it during a call and call volume changes. If you go to settings, find sounds and vibrations, you should get separate sliders for media, notifications, system and calls....
