i can;t download any thing from playstore it goes on download pending
My mobile is vivo v1 in this i cant update also & cant dowmloaad any thing please help me out for this .....

Did you go to the app and clear cache and date then do a force stop?

You need play store latest version 9.6.11 which you can find by searching Google. To install it the following steps should help. Settings apps open play store then disable. (You will have to save the apps you have) then install 9.6.11
