Unfortunately (my app/game) has stopped working, please help.

My application (lords mobile) has stopped working. It only loads on the loading screen and after that it stopped working and closed. I already clear cache, clear data and I also factory reset it on my last resort but it is still closing on it's own. Please help me, what should I do now?
