how do I delete my Dropbox pictures from my gallery?

I have a Samsung Galaxy 4. In gallery there is no delete button to get rid of the Dropbox pictures. Please advise.

Welcome to Android Central! It's possible that the Gallery app is simply accessing the Dropbox photos from the cloud, and the photos aren't physically saved to your phone. Go to Dropbox (either on your browser or in the Dropbox app), and delete the photos there. Then see if they disappear from the Gallery app.
