I need a replacement battery for my Samsung Galaxy S4 mod sgh-1337.

Found one at Batteries Plus for $40 and one at Walmart for $7.11. Something just doesn't seem right? HELP The Battery in the phone says B600BU 2600mah. Walmart says Eb something (I can't read) and 1800mah, Bat Plus shows different pre number but 2600mah.

Well, all manufacturers will have their own number on the battery. You can get enormous batteries for your device, or you can get the genuine Samsung one. It's your call. You get what you pay for. That said, in the days of removable backs, I always had the biggest fattest battery in my devices and never had any problems...
