Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1: Why won't OneNote fully sync?

I used to have all my school notes on OneNote via my Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (also synced with my desktop), but I had to factory reset my tablet and now my notes won't reload. I am able to load the titles of the sections and text-only pages, but pages with print-outs or slides will not load. All I see is a down-pointing arrow and a line beneath it, and I would assume that meant that it was downloading the page, but I have been seeing the same thing for two days now. I just want my notes back! Even the ones with the printouts on them!

You might try Undeleter Recover Files & Data in the Google Play Store (in only has 3.4 stars). Good luck!
