Call not sent

[AC Question]

HI I have s samsung galaxy A5 (A500H). When I restart my phone I get an error message "call not sent" then I can't make or receive calls until someone calls me then I get a pop " android phone.com has stopped" or something like that then I can make and receive calls again. I've changed sim cards and it's still the same. Any help please?

Welcome to Android Central! Does this happen in Safe Mode as well? How do I use Safe Mode on my Galaxy A5?

Yes even it safe mode it happens. I updated phone to android 6.0.1 in august but not 100% sure but I think that's when I started having problems. I've hard rest phone, wiped partitions, cleared cache and date of phone app u can't clear anything in sim tool kit as it is greyed out

Yeah was thinking that or repair firmware (4files)
