Help me... Can't open My lenovo ideatablet A3000

Help me .. I hard reset my tablet but it didn't open it keep giving me as it still clearing data on the screen although it told me the formatting data complete . What should I do .

Welcome to Android Central! How did you do the reset -- from the Settings menu or the Recovery menu? If the latter, do you see the selections at the top of the screen again, including Reboot System Now?
