I've 4 ip addresses. 1 ipv4 and 3 ipv6. They conflict each other. I'm able to switch ipv6 on and off but I want to be able to disable ipv4 how can I achieve this? Is there a way?

Use a network without IPv4, e.g. by disabling DHCP (IPv4) at the router.
Off course then you need a full featured IPv6-access with support of RFC 6106.
Additional DNS64 and NAT64 maybe useful.
