I am not a software expert. So please excuse me if some of what i write sound stupid.
My android device is having about 5 gb in other storage category. When i used explorer i couldn't find any files to delete. But i am sure that the other storage was just above 100 mb before the recent update.

I tried erasing all data and resetting my device, All data got erased but the other storage is still there?

Why factory reset not getting rid of data in other storage.??
Is there any way to remove everything my phone??

If you factory reset your device, all your personal data and any apps you install will be deleted.
When the device reboots, all the pre installed apps and systems files will be there again as the phone can't function without them. So you will still have a fair bit of stuff in storage. Depending on which android version you have, Nougat in my S7 takes around 7Gig!
