why lgl62vl doesnt ring in my pocket

when phone is in my pocket it will not ring, but when i take it out it does. what do i need to turn on or off

Welcome to Android Central! Check the system settings -- is there any option to mute the phone when it's face down? Also, does this happen in Safe Mode? The steps for the G3 should work for your phone: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-30130
